In 1990, Dr. Stager led professional development in the world’s first laptop schools and played a major role in the early days of online education. In addition to being a popular keynote speaker at some of the world’s most prestigious education conferences, Gary is a journalist, teacher educator, consultant, professor, software developer, and school STEM. Michelle is currently an Instructional Technologist for Online & Blended Learning at CSU Channel Islands, an Associate Faculty member at Mt. San Jacinto College, a speaker on teaching innovations, and recently completed her EdD in Educational Leadership and Management. She has received two Sloan-C awards for her online teaching effectiveness and is the author of Best Practices for Teaching with Emerging Technologies and the eBook, How to Humanize Your Online Class with VoiceThread.
